Receta Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Unsweetened chocoalte
- 2 stk unsalted butter
- 2 lb Powdered sugar
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 4 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate and butter in a double boiler; cold to room temperature.
- Mix the powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla till well blended. Stir in the melted chocolate.
- If necessary, let the frosting sit till thick sufficient to spread with a knife (should only need to let it set if your chocolate was still hot).
- This frosting is very rich and tastes like fudge! Enjoy.
