Receta Chocolate Milk Shake

- Lowfat milk
- Chocolate-flavored syrup
- Vanilla ice cream

- Put 3/4 lowfat milk, 1/4 c. chocolate-flavored syrup, and 3 large scoops (about 1 1/2 c.) vanilla ice cream in a covered blender on low speed for about 10 seconds or possibly till smooth. Put in two tall glasses. Serve and enjoy right away.
- Make extra chocolaty by using chocolate ice cream. Any flavor ice cream is good.
