Receta German Dumplings For Roast Or Gulash

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg loaf of old white bread
- 1 sm onion
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 2 c. white flour
Direcciones
- Cut bread into small cubes, add in hot lowfat milk and mix well. Then add in salt, pepper, parsley. Mix again. Add in onion and Large eggs. Mix and add in flour. Mix till hard. Let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Make small round dumpligs and drop into boiling water for 5 min. Simmer for 10 min more. Cut in half to see if done in the middle.
- Serve with German Gulash (see recipe).
