Receta Chocolate Mint Date Bread

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce. chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury date or possibly nut bread mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of 8x4 or possibly 9x5 loaf pan. Heat chocolate chips (reserve 2 Tbsp. for frosting). Combine melted chips, bread mix, water, egg and 1/2 tsp. extract. stir till moistened. Bake 55-60 min.
- When cold, combine frosting ingredients. Add in 2 Tbsp. melted chocolate chips. Spread onto bread and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy.
