Receta Chocolate Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Margarine, plus 2 Tbsp. (softened)
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. Flour, unsifted
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt, optional
- 6 c. Oats
- 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, Eagle Brand
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. In mixer bowl, beat 2-1/2 c. margarine and sugars till fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and 3 tsp. vanilla then combined flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats. Drop by tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 min or possibly till set. Cold. In saucepan, combine chips, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, remaining 2 Tbsp. margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla. Over medium heat, cook and stir till chips heat.
- Immediately sandwich cookies together with chocolate mix.
- Golden brown Sandwich Cookies: Omit cocoa. Increase flour to 3 c.. Proceed as above
