Receta Chocolate Oatmeal Walnut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Herhsey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate -- broken into pi
- 3/4 c. Butter Or possibly Margarine -- Softened
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Grnd Cinnamon -- (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. Regular Or possibly Quick-Cooking Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 c. Walnuts -- coarsely minced

- Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. In small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 1 1/2 min or possibly till chocolate is melted when stirred; cold slightly. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar till well blended. Add in Large eggs; blenbd well. Blend in vanilla and melted chocolate. Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon if you like, and salt; blend just till moistened. Gradually add in lowfat milk, blending well.
- Stir in oats and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie cheet. Bake 10 to 11 min or possibly just till set. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. About 5 dozen cookies.
