Receta Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Atkins Bake Mix
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 12 pkt sugar substitute
- 1/3 c. unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix peanut butter, cream, egg and vanilla extract till smooth. Add in to bake mix mix; stir till blended.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Smooth dough with fingertips and press cookies with the back of a fork to flatten. Bake 8 to 10 min, till browned. Cold on sheets 1 minute before transferring to wire racks to cold completely.
- This recipe yields 30 cookies.
