Name: Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients: 3 c. Flour; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr; 3/4 tsp Salt; 3 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 2 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 3/4 c. Shortening; 3/4 c. Butter, softened; 2 c. Powdered sugar; 1/8 tsp Salt; 1 jar marshmallow cream, 7 ounce.; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Ingredientes

3 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr
3/4 tsp Salt
3 tsp Baking pwdr
1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
2 x Large eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3/4 c. Shortening
3/4 c. Butter, softened
2 c. Powdered sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1 jar marshmallow cream, 7 ounce.
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

For Cookie: Blend together dry ingredients and then add in all wet ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Drop by rounded tsp. onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Leave space and only use a tsp.,they spread. Bake at 400 for 7-8 min. Remove immediately and cold.
Makes a soft cake likecookie. For Filling:Blend all and beat with mixer until fluffy. Spread filling on one cookie and top with another, sandwich style.
