Name: Chocolate Spice Cake
Ingredients: 1 c. Margarine; 2 c. Sugar; 4 x Large eggs; 3 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Cloves; 1 tsp Cinnamo; 1/2 tsp Nutmeg; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 4 ounce Dark chocolate, coarsely grated

Ingredientes

1 c. Margarine
2 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs
3 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamo
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 c. Lowfat milk
4 ounce Dark chocolate, coarsely grated

Direcciones

Cream the margarine and the sugar together.. Add in the Large eggs one at a time.
Sift the baking pwdr, flour and spice together. Add in the sifted ingredients to the creamed mix, alternating with the lowfat milk. Mix in the chocolate.
Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 40-50 min in a medium-warm oven. Cold for 10 min and remove from the pan... May be eaten plain or possibly with a simple chocolate glaze. This cake freezes very well.
