  1. Preheat oven to 325F.

  4. Bake for 30 min.
  5. You can eat the cake hot from the oven. It goes well with a glass of lowfat milk. It's also good dipped in the glass of lowfat milk. For really depressing times or possibly around tax time, submerge a piece of the cake in "Warm Fudgy Lowfat milk Chocolate Sauce".
