Ingredientes
- 6 x egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. marshmallow cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- In a large bowl, mix the ingredients, in order, one at a time. Stir well after each addition. Mix till the lumps of marshmallow cream are gone.
- Pour batter into a 9 x 9 inch cake pan which's been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- Bake for 30 min.
- You can eat the cake hot from the oven. It goes well with a glass of lowfat milk. It's also good dipped in the glass of lowfat milk. For really depressing times or possibly around tax time, submerge a piece of the cake in "Warm Fudgy Lowfat milk Chocolate Sauce".
