Receta Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredientes
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. shredded zucchini including peeling
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant decaffeinated coffee
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (German chocolate mix)
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs, zucchini, vanilla, chocolate pudding. Add in coffee, cake mix (dry out of the box) and beat at low speed till moist, about 11 min.Bake in Bundt pan about 1 hour at 350°F, or possibly in a 9x13 pan 40-45 min or possibly till cake tests done.
- Vanilla frosting makes an excellent topping for this cake.
