Receta Chocolate Zucchini Spice Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Flour,
- 1/4 tsp Salt,
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr,
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon,
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg,
- 1/4 tsp Orange peel, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa, +
- 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 x Egg,, beaten
- 9 tsp Sugar,
- 1/2 tsp Chocolate extract,
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract,
- 1 c. Zucchini, unpeeled finely shredded
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking pwdr, cinamon, nutmeg, orange peel and cocoa. In another bowl, combine egg, sugar and extracts. Mix well. Add in wet mix and zucchini to dry ingredients, mixing just till moistened.
- Spoon mix into an 8-inch round cakepan which has been well sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 20 min, till toothpick in center is clean. Cold in pan.
