Receta Chopped Chicken Livers

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Chicken livers
- 2 lrg Onions, minced
- 4 tsp Tbsp. Chicken fat
- 4 x Egg yolks, hard-boiled
- 1 sm clv garlic, chopped
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Wash livers in cool water, pat dry and broil for about 4 min till browned on both sides. Saute/fry onions and garlic in chicken fat till just lightly browned. Grind livers, onions and egg yolks, blend in fat left from frying onions; season with salt and pepper.
