Receta Chopped Chicken Livers (Jewish)

Ingredientes
- 1 x # chicken livers
- 4 ounce chicken fat or possibly purchased rendered fat
- 4 x Large eggs boiled
- 1 x white onion grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Boil chicken livers till done. 20 minutes. Grate onion fine and saute/fry in 1 TBSP chicken fat for 10 minutes on low. Grate chicken livers, Large eggs nd add in onion. Mix well. Add in salt and peper and another TBSP of fat. Put in mold and chill. Serve with bacon thins.
