Receta Chow Mein Salad

Ingredientes
- 4 c. chow mein noodles
- 8 x baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil salt black pepper
- 3 lrg oyster mushroom
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and garlic till well combined. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Brush marinade over mushrooms and bok choy.
- Preheat grill to medium high. Grill bok choy for 3-4 min or possibly till crisp-tender and just charred, turning and brushing often with marinade. Place mushrooms, gill side up, on grill and cook for 2-3 min or possibly till tender and just charred, brushing frequently with marinade. When vegetables are cold sufficient to handle, cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips, reserving all juices.
- Hydrate noodles till 'el dente' according to directions on noodle package. Toss with sesame oil, sliced bok choy, mushrooms and reserved juices. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
