- 4 x Oranges, Peeled, Sectioned and Cut into Chunks
- 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro, Minced
- 1/2 c. Peanuts, Minced Salt and Freshly Grnd Pepper to Taste
- 4 lrg Lettuce Leaves, (up to 8)
- 2 x Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 c. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
