Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. chile pwdr
- 2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp dry rosemary
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 x thick rib lamb chops Mint or possibly warm pepper jelly (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Rub chops thoroughly with spices. Cover meat and chill at least 3 hrs, preferably overnight. Prepare outside grill or possibly preheat oven broiler to 500 degrees. Arrange chops on a grill rack or possibly broiler pan. Cook for about 6 min on each side, or possibly to desired doneness.
- Serve with mint or possibly warm pepper jelly.
