Receta Cilantro Sauce

Ingredientes
- 6 x cloves garlic
- 1 x serrano chile Or possibly jalapeno chile
- 2 c. cilantro, (about 2 bunches)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice (3 to 4 limes)
- 1/3 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Combine the garlic, chile, cilantro, salt, and lime juice in a blender or possibly food processor. Blend or possibly process till the mix forms a smooth puree. Transer to a small bowl, stir in the extra virgin olive oil, taste, and adjust the seasonings.
