  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Wash the apples.
  3. Remove the middle part of the apples with a corer. Make sure which there is a hole all the way through.
  4. Prick the apples around the middle using a fork. Place in the ovenproof dish.
  5. Mix the lemon juice, sultanas and grnd cinnamon together in a bowl.
  6. Fill the holes in the apples with the sultana mix.
  7. Bake the apples in the middle of the preheated oven for 45 min.
  8. When the apples are cooked allow them to cold down a little before you serve them. The inside is very warm.
