  • 2/3 c. frzn pineapple-orange juice concentrate. thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour mix over pork cutlets, pork tenderloin, boneless skinless chicken breast halves, shelled deveined shrimp or possibly chicken or possibly pork cubes for kebobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min to marinate.
  2. Makes 2 c. (sufficient for 4 servingsof meat.)
  3. Tip: for better flavor and quicker cooking, butterfly thicker cuts of pork or possibly chicken before marinating. Bobbie's Notes: This was delicious with boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  4. NOTES : I read, recently, which the safest way to cook chicken, was to marinate it first. I hunted for a marinade recipe which I thought would be good and a little different. This was what I tried. It was delicious. We grilled the chicken breasts for about 6 min per side,over Medium Heat on our Gas grill.
