Receta Citrus Granite With Crayfish Skewer

Ingredientes
- 1 x Lemon grass
- 1 piece ginger, 1 inch piece
- 3 bag orange tea
- 1/2 lt Water
- 4 x Black peppercorns
- 1 tsp Warm sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Skane Aquavit
- 6 x Skewers
- 1 x Boiled potato sliced into thin pcs
- 1/2 c. Cooked crayfish tails
- 12 sm Pcs sharp cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Bring all ingredients to a boil, except Aquavit. Strain. Add in 2 Tbsp. Skane Auavit. Place into a glass baking dish. Put into freezer. Take out when solid. Chop up so it looks like crystal.'
- CRAYFISH SKEWER:To make skewers, start with a piece of cheese on the skewer and add in 1 tail of crayfish, 1 piece of potato and then cheese. Repeat till skewer is full.
