Ingredientes
- 1 c. liquid removed clam meat
- 1 x egg
- 2 slc bread
- 1/3 c. minced celery
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp salt - (to 1/2)
- 4 x hamburger buns Tomato slices as needed Pickle relish as needed Lettuce as needed
Direcciones
- If using fresh clams (e.g., razor clams, pinknecks, cockles), cook in water for several hrs till tender. Drain and remove all the meat.
- Blend meat and all remaining ingredients together in blender. Make into patties and fry in warm butter 'til brown on both sides.
- Serve on hamburger buns with tomato slices, pickle relish and lettuce.
