Receta Classic Baked Chicken Breast Parmigiana
A true American-Italian Classic loved by many, including me!
Ingredientes
- 4 - Half Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- one teaspoon oregano
- one teaspoon basil
- 20 - Ounce Chunky Tomato Sauce/Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Serve with a side of Pasta and Garlic Toast.
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- In a large baking dish add boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts, add seasonings, add chunky tomato/marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese
- Cover with aluminum foil and Bake for 40 minutes, remove foil, shut off oven and let dish in oven for 5-6 minutes in residual heat
- Serving suggestions: Side of Pasta, and Garlic Toast, side garden salad
