Receta Classic Mint Tabouli Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Fine bulgur, washed
- 2 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 c. Minced scallions
- 1/2 c. Fresh mint, minced
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x Tomatoes, cut into small pcs Lemon slices, for garnish
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed, broken up
Direcciones
- 1. Soak bulgur in cool water for 3 hrs
- 2. Drain bulgur; mix with remaining ingredients, except for lemon slices and Romaine lettuce.
- 3. Arrange lettuce on a large salad platter. Scoop tabouli salad into the center of the platter, on top of the lettuce. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
