Receta Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c. Crunchy peanut butter
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in Large eggs. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir into batter. Put batter in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll into 1" balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake in a preheated 375 deg F oven for about 10 min or possibly till cookies begin to brown. Don't over-bake.
- Makes 4 dozencookies.
