Ingredientes
- 8 ounce water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. non-instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 3 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 3 Tbsp. soy bean flour
- 2 2/3 c. bread flour less 1 Tbsp.
- 2 tsp dough enhancer
Direcciones
- Each slice counts as 2 points on Weight Watcher Plan 18 Servings
- Place all ingredients into bread pan and process on desired cycle.
- If using dough cycle, shape, let rise 40 min and bake at 350 for 25 min.
- NOTE:The soy flour will help moisten your bread and extend the freshness of your bread, naturally. When baking, soy flour will make your bread brown faster, therefore, a lower temperature is needed.
