Ingredientes
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 dsh salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 can (3-1/2 ounces or possibly 1-1/3 c.) flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt till soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar, beating till stiff. Mix in coconut.
- Drop by rounded tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven about 20 min.
- Makes: about 1 1/2 dozen
