- 2 x Tender coconuts
- 1 dsh Kewra essence
- 1 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- Remove water from coconuts.
- Break open and scrape the tender malai.
- Add in sugar and essence.
- Refrigeratethe mix well.
- Run the mix in a mixie.
- Serve while frothy in glasses.
- Note: If coconut water is not sweet add in some more sugar.
- Making time: 10 min (except chilling time)
- Makes: 3 or possibly 4 glasses
