Ingredientes
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup normal flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4 teaspoon coffee (instant)
- 2 tsp warm water
Direcciones
- 1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 2. Add egg one at a time
- 3. Mix flour and b/powder then add into the mixture and mix well
- 4. Add vanilla (mix well)
- 5. Add 4 tsp coffee dissolved in 2 tsp water and mix well
- 6. Place mixture in a greased cake tin and bake at 1500 for 45 minutes
- Decorate with butter icing, cream icing
