- ⢠Mix flour yeast, salt and sugar
- ⢠Add butter (mix well)
- ⢠Add milk to form a dough
- ⢠Knead until smooth
- ⢠Rest for 5-10min
- ⢠Roll for about ½ thick
- ⢠Cut into a required size with a cutter
- ⢠Let rise for 10-15min or until double in size
- ⢠Heat deep fryer to 380o
- ⢠Dropdonuts in oil
- ⢠Turn as they rise to surface and show colour
- ⢠Fry for about 2-10 min or until complete brown on both side
