Receta Cold Artichoke Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. chicken-flavored rice (I use MJB)
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 2 (8 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, liquid removed (save liquid)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Black pepper
Direcciones
- Cook rice as directed except omit butter. Cool. Add in other ingredients, except artichokes, (but include marinade). Mix together, then add in artichoke pcs. Refrigerate. Serves 5 or possibly 6.Curry pwdr and black pepper are to taste (or possibly optional). I add in more green onions.
