Ingredientes
- Makes 4 large biscuits. 272 calories per biscuit (Jam and orange marmalade calories not included)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (I used brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup Golden Girl Granola (I used Forest Maple)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup chilled butter cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup chilled milk (you may need less. I was left with 1 1/2 tablespoon)
- Orange marmalade and or cherry jam (you can use your favorite flavor)
