Ingredientes
- 4 lrg And hard cucumbers
- 1 c. Yogurt
- 1 x Onion
- 10 lrg Mint leaves
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 1 c. Heavy cream Sal and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- 1. Peel the cucumbers
- 2. Chop onion
- 3. Process or possibly put through the blender2 cucumbers, onion, mint, yogurt, garlic,salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
- 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and add in cream and 2 diced cucumbers.
- 5. Chill
- 6 Serve in individual bowls decorated with mint leaves
