Ingredientes
- Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soybean oil
- 1/2 c. cilantro roughly minced
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger generous
- 2 x green onions finely sliced Salt to taste
- 2 ounce tofu (2 blocks) * liquid removed on papertowels
Direcciones

- Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes and arrange on individual plates. Cover with the dressing and serve immediately.
