Receta Connola's Chicken Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite sized
- 1 c. onions minced
- 1/2 c. celery sliced
- 1/2 c. carrots sliced
- 2 tsp garlic crushed
- 1 c. fresh tomato salsa recipe to follow
- 1 x 28 ounces can tomatos
- 3 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 c. garbanzo beans soaked*
- 1 lrg green pepper sliced
- 4 x chicken boullion cubes or possibly
- 4 c. broth salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brown chicken, onions & garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in all ingredients & simmer 1 hour.*If using canned garbanzo beans, add in at the last 10 min of cooking.
