Receta Cooked Serrano Pepper Salsa
Ingredientes
- 1 onion
- 4 or possibly 5 tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 serrano peppers
- Vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
- White pepper
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in frying pan with sufficient oil to fry. Fry till well-cooked. Mash with potato masher till pureed. Add in water and a dash of white pepper. Simmer 10 min.
