Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Butter
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream butter and cream cheese. Add in sugar slowly, then add in egg yolk. Add in dry ingredients and vanilla. Roll in small balls. Dip fork in flour (so it will not stick) and press fork crosswise on top of dough. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Use red and green sugar sprinkles on top before baking, if you like. These cookies stay soft.
- NOTE These are a favorite at Christmas.
