Receta Corn On The Cob With Cheese And Lime

Ingredientes
- 8 x ears corn shucked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cotija - (abt 9 to 12 ounce) (can use feta) Lime wedges as an accompaniment
Direcciones
- Prepare grill.
- Lightly brush corn with oil and place on warm grill, turning occasionally, till kernels are browned in spots, about 10 min.
- While corn is grilling, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and cayenne. Using the small teardrop-shaped holes on a four-sided grater, grate the cotija.
- Brush mayonnaise mix onto warm corn and sprinkle with cojita. Serve corn on the cob with lime wedges.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
