Receta Corn, Shrimp And Chive Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 c. fresh corn, kernels
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chives
- 1/2 c. baby shrimp
- 1 x egg, separated
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper canola oil, for deep-frying
Direcciones
- Preheat the oil to 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Stir together the corn, shrimp, chives and egg yolk. In another bowl whisk the egg white till frothy. Fold it into the corn mix and add in the flour.
- Heat the oil to 365 degrees Fahrenheit (185 centigrade) and drop the batter in by the spoonful. Allow to cook for 2 to 3 min, till puffy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
