Receta Cornbread Crust Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce) corn muffin mix
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. egg, beaten slightly
- 1 med. zucchini, shredded (2 c.)
- 16 ounce pkg. bulk turkey sausage
- 8 ounce pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. pizza sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 14 inch pizza pan. In large bowl stir corn muffin mix, flour and Parmesan cheese. Add in lowfat milk, egg and zucchini. Mix with spoon till just blended. Spread batter in pizza pan. Bake 18 to 20 min till golden brown.Meanwhile, in frying pan over medium high heat cook sausage till brown, breaking up with fork. With slotted spoon remove sausage to bowl. In remaining drippings over medium heat cook mushrooms till tender.
- Sprinkle baked crust with 2 cups Mozzarella cheese. Spread pizza sauce over cheese to within 1 1/2 inches of edge of crust. Top with sausage and mushrooms. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 min or possibly till heated through and cheese is golden brown. Serves 6.
