Receta Corned Beef Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt (3 Ounce) Lemon Gelatin Pwdr
- 2 c. Warm Water
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 can Corned Beef, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, finely minced
- 2 c. Celery, minced Spicy Mustard, optional
Direcciones
- Dissolve the gelatin in the warm water and vinegar. Cold and add in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 6 c. mold and refrigeratetill hard. Mustard may be added to the ingredients for those who like a spicy salad.
- Serves 8 to 10
- Variation: Two tbs. horseradish may be substituted for the mustard.
