Receta Corny No Oven Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T oil
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix (your own or possibly a commercial brand)
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 2 T oil or possibly shortening
Direcciones
- Put together lowfat milk, oil and vinegar and onion salt. In separate medium bowl, put together biscuit mix and cornmeal, then stir in liquid mix with fork. Form dough into a ball. Knead 10 times on lightly floured surface. Pinch off and shape into golf sized ball; flatten with the palm of your hand to 1/4 inch thick. Heat oil or possibly shortening in frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook biscuits till lightly brown on both sides.
