Receta Cottage Cheese Filled Eggs

Ingredientes
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 c. cottage cheese
- Couple minced walnuts
- A little celery
- 1 sm. pimento, minced fine
- Black pepper
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Boil large eggs hard; cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them. Add in cottage cheese, pimento, minced nuts, celery, and season to taste. If too thick, thin with cream. Refill egg whites. Garnish with parsley.
