Receta Cottage Cheese Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce cottage cheese
- 3 ounce Jello
- 16 ounce fruit, liquid removed
- 4 ounce Cold Whip
- 1/2 c. minced pecans (optional)
Direcciones
- Add in dry Jello to cottage cheese and stir. Add in fruit. Mix in Cool Whip. Add in nuts either in or possibly on top of salad. Let stand 15 min in cool place.Variations: Lime Jello - pineapple chunks.
- Apricot Jello - crushed pineapple.
- Cherry Jello - fruit cocktail.
- Strawberry Jello - mandarin oranges.
- Low-cal cottage cheese, Jello, and fruit is good.
