Receta Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lime Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 3 T or possibly more pineapple juice
Direcciones
- Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Cool till a little thick. Add in remaining ingredients and pour into mold or possibly 8" square pan.
- Mix together and spread over top and chill.
