Receta Cottage Dilly Bread (1 1/2 Lb Loaf)

• (1 1/2 pound loaf):
• 3 c. bread flour
• 6 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or possibly 3 Tablespoons dry dillweed (I use 2 Tablespoons dry)
• 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 c. water
• 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
• 2 Tbsp. canola oil or possibly safflower or possibly sunflower oil - (I use Canola)
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 pkt active dry yeast
