Receta country pork ribs
I'm the type that don't like bones on my ribs so I use this..
Ingredientes
- boneless country pork ribs..
- if you want,
- onions
- bell peppers
- potatoes,
- seasoning
Direcciones
- season ribs the way you want it.(salt pepper, bbq sause what ever..)
- put the ribs in a pan, fill half way up on ribs water put cut up onions, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots,green beans and or what ever else you want.
- cover pan up with alumin foil, heat oven to 350
- bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, pull out and they are done..
- somethimes I make mashpotatoes and put the mixture from the ribs over the potatoes.
