Ingredientes
- 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
- 1 x onion minced
- 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables - (16 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
- 2 can cream of potato soup - (10 3/4 ounce ea)
- 3 c. prepared instant mashed potatoes
- 1 pkt chives and onion cream cheese - (3 ounce) softened
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet over medium-high heat, saute/fry Spam and onion till browned. In bowl, combine vegetables, Spam mix, and soup. Spoon into 3-qt casserole dish.
- In bowl, combine mashed potatoes and cream cheese. Spread over Spam mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
