- 3 x Courgettes (Zucchini), grated
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Grated root ginger
- 1 x Egg yolk
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into 4 burgers with wetted hands. Grill, BBQ or possibly dry fry till cooked through.
