- 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1/3 x Lemon, juice of
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 dsh Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Capers, mashed and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Finely minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Finely minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 6 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 can (15-ounce) crab fingers -or possibly-
- 2 can (6-ounce) shrimp, liquid removed
